A 3-minute interactive guide for a global pharmaceutical company to help patients confidently self-inject using the Zepbound KwikPen. The experience was built and delivered in under 4 weeks to meet FDA review requirements.
- Client: Global pharma company

- Result: 100% user success rate in FDA Human Factors Testing
Patients were struggling with clarity and confidence around key usage steps. The original 11-minute video was passive, hard to follow, and not interactive. We had to identify the pain points and deliver a better solution on a tight timeline with FDA-level scrutiny.
